Feature Request: Mutually Exclusive Tag Popup Menu

I am very happy to see the addition of mutually exclusive tags in OF 4.7.

I realize in OF 4.7, that adding a tag in a mutually exclusive group will remove the existing mutually exclusive tag.

This means, however, when viewing an action/project there’s no way to see which tags are mutually exclusive, and, for autocomplete support, you need to remember either the names of other tags in the group, or the name of the tag group itself.

I was hoping there might be an affordance on a mutually exclusive tag so that clicking/tapping it would bring up a menu of the mutually exclusive tags to choose from.

The mockups below use a mutually exclusive tag group:

  • High
  • Medium
  • Low

I will also file this as feedback.

Yes, which is why I wrote:

Great idea. This would make it much more obvious which tags are mutually exclusive.
