Just noticed an issue in my system.
Background:
I have a custom perspective to see all my waiting for items. Waiting for items are tagged with ‚waiting‘ tag which has tag status ‚on hold‘. I use a custom perspective, to avoid having to switch available/remaining in tags perspective for these items.
I use the waiting list to see if I have to get back to someone in case it takes too long.
Issue:
In case of e.g. tickets for changes that I raise the implementer of that change is telling me the change needs to be tested. This means the change is still open, but I have to do something first before it either may get closed or some more work has to be done.
In such cases, I create an action like ‚Test change xyz implementation‘, put it in the project before the waiting for item and make sure the project is set to sequential. This means the waiting for item is blocked by the action I have to do first.
If I look at my waiting for list (remaining, tagged ‚waiting‘) the blocked waiting for item is still listed. Is there a way to hide blocked waiting fors in a custom perspective?
