Filter tags on downgraded perspective

Hello, I’m wondering what is the meaning of the labels within the drop down menu when clicking on ‘Filter tags’ in the downgraded perspective.
They are, in order:

  • All tags
  • Remaining
  • Active
  • Stalled
  • On hold
  • Dropped

While some of them are still in use, some other maybe are not within the OS3 system. In general, what are they and how can I use them?
