Does anyone have an Applescript or other way to focus on a particular project and also hide the sidebar, toolbar, and inspector? Just want a one step process to get a nice clean view.
Folks are getting something similar by using an additional app. Take a look at:

I used System Preferences to make a hotkey to show/hide each of toolbar, sidebar, and inspector. Yeah, it’s three keys to hide all, but then I can decide to show only what I need at a given moment.
This might be cheap and lazy, but I found it good enough for me.

You should be able to do this pretty easily using Keyboard Maestro.
