Forecast Timeline for Tasks (and not just calendar events)

I’m really liking the look of the timeline for calendar events. But I’d like the same visual view for tasks in the Forecast view that have dates and durations.

Any ideas if this is possible or planned?

I think using duration in Timeline would be a great idea!
