On my iPhone and iPad, I have a Forecast Widget added to my home screen, but the Widget displays different things even though in both iPhone and iPad, I have explicitly created the same settings for the Forecast view (or so I think).
Here is what is showing:
iPad Forecast Widget: It is showing 2 Past tasks that I haven’t completed yet. It is accurate that I haven’t completed them
iPhone Forecast Widget: It is showing tasks I have for Today. It is also accurate in that I have tasks for Today and also uncompleted tasks from the past.
When I go into View Options for the Forecast view in either app, the settings are exactly the same, namely:
- The following are all on: planned date, defer date, notification date, flagged items, preserve hierarchy, keep sorted
I actually prefer the Forecast Widget view that my iPhone is showing (items planned for Today, and only when items for Today are completed then it will show me the Past items).
Anyhow, why is there this discrepancy? Am I missing some setting?
