I can’t tell if I’m doing something wrong or if this is a bug. I have created a custom perspective that has three criteria…
All of the following:
Available
Is a project
Has the tag “Active Project”
The resulting perspective only shows one project even though there are 5 that fit the criteria. I can get the perspective to show all 5 projects when I change “Availability” to “Remaining”, but from what I can tell the other four projects should all be “Available.”
I’d love any insight into what may be going wrong. Thanks!
A guess - but if your projects have available tasks then the project itself is regarded by OF as not available (and thus not appearing in your perspective as the first criterion is not met). The intended, but admittedly potentially confusing, behaviour was discussed here
Really would need to see the 5 projects and their actions to see why the 4 are not displayed. Not the titles, but the font style and any dates and the embedded actions with information if any of them have a on-hold tag.
