In a graffle file I have many canvases. Usually I need a function that I can make several canvases to a group.
I think only Objects can be grouped (can span multiple layers. Don’t know if it can span Canvas).
As far as I know you cannot group Layers or Canvas using Group. Layers are naturally grouped onto a Canvas and Canvases are grouped in a file.
What are you trying to do? Describing might help answer your question better.
I’m back to using OmniGraffle after a long absence. I’m looking to accomplish something similar. Basically I am looking to have a folder in the sidebar that holds several canvases. In other words, a project folder in the sidebar.
Similar to what I can do in Curio.
Currently, I don’t see a way to accomplish this. It’s not a deal breaker, just would have made organization more convenient within OG.
You can have multiple canvases in one document; my work document currently has four. Just cannot group them.
Thanks guys. Sad to hear that we don’t have grouping functions. It’s very useful.
