How can I make rows to have a specific background color?

This may be a super simple thing to do, but I cannot figure it out. I have a document in which I use around 4 level subheadings, and I want to change the color background for all level 4 for the whole document. I can only change one row at a time. Thanks in advance!

First, open your sidebar and click on the middle icon, which is Styles.

You’ll see where you can select Level 4 Rows.

Select Level 4 Rows, and then open the Inspector. Click on the first icon, which is Selection Style.

Below, under Paragraph, you’ll see where you can select a background color. Select the color you want, and then that should apply to all Level 4 rows in your outline.

Thank you! That helped a lot!
