If it’s just for you, OmniPresence is probably the simplest way to shuttle files back and forth (as of OmniPlan 2.4 for iOS). The documentation hasn’t been updated to acknowledge that it will work for OmniPlan, but here’s the info:

If you’re sharing with a team of folks, you’ll want everyone to Publish/Subscribe to a plan hosted on a WebDAV server. (This requires the professional feature set.)
