How to convert duplicate entries into aliases?

Searching any ideas / suggestions about how to convert duplicate entries in an OmniOutliner file into aliases (for OPML format, ideally, or a semi-colon delimited list of paths).

Any ideas / suggestions on how to do this ??

I would be happy to use a script or even a 3rd party app to accomplish this… I’m desperate.

I’m having a difficult time envisioning exactly what you’re working with here? Can you elaborate? For example, what is an entry?
