How to quickly move an action to the top of its project?

Is there any way to move an action quickly to the top of its project? it doesn’t seem like there’s anything built into the UI to help with that.

I use the ctrl-cmd-up shortcut heavily, but that’s cumbersome for medium or large projects.

Does anyone know of a way to do this, maybe with an AppleScript?
