Who I print an outline the document title is automatically printed at the top of the outline. I’m not referring to the title I can manually enter in the title bar, but the actual document title that is automatically printed above the title bar. If I don’t want any titled printed up there, how can I turn it off?
You’re referring to the header, correct? You can modify that in File > Print > Show Details > Change dropdown to Headers & Footers. You’ll probably also need to switch from the Master Page to First Page.

You can modify your templates to remove it for new documents.
