I'd like to create a "Feminine" Theme

Is there a guide that will tell me which line item in the OF Colors add-on corresponds with which item on the UI? I’d like to create a more feminine UI (I know, cringe, but I like pretty) and am not having fun yet haha Is there a guide, or should I just change a few and see what happens? Thanks!
