Importing vector graphics in OmniGraffle on iPad?

Is there a way to import vector graphics in OmniGraffle for iOS? Like PDF or SVG? At least by using copy/paste from another app, if not by directly importing SVG/PDF files?

I tried opening a SVG icon using Autodesk Graphic and copying the graphics, but when I paste it into OmniGraffle it’s a bitmap, not a vector. Does the iOS clipboard not support vector/PDF data?

I often use SVG graphics downloaded from the internet. It would be awesome to work with them on the iPad directly.

Are there any plans for implementing any kind of import functionality? Without it, the iPad app will never be more than a second-citizen companion to the full mac app. It’s been 8 months! This should be high priority!

Actually, I just saw this on the roadmap:

We’ll be shipping OmniGraffle 3 for iOS, which will add support for the latest features shipped in OmniGraffle 7 for Mac such as SVG import and artboards. (Anyone who purchases OmniGraffle 2 today will receive a free upgrade to version 3 when it ships.)

That sounds like good news!
