Inspector window always open when I open a document

When I open documents in OmniOutliner on my iPad Pro or my iPad Mini the inspector window is always open. It has started doing this recently and it is a bit annoying. I close the inspector window of course but when I open the document again the inspector window is open again. It will do this after I’ve made changes to the document and suchlike.

I have OmniOutliner 3.9 on my two iPads. As I say it started happening with them both recently, I wonder if there has been an update which has brought this on?

Was there a recent update to the application? Is it related to the document template that you’re using?
