iOS 27 beta compatibility issue: Perspectives Bar broken on dev beta 5/public beta 3

Hello! I wanted to flag an issue we’re aware of on the current round of iOS 27 betas. On iPhone, the expanded Liquid Glass navigation bar no longer responds to interaction. We’ve reported this regression to Apple, and hope to see the issue resolved in a forthcoming beta update. For the time being, the best way to work around this issue is by disabling the expanded Liquid Glass navigation bar via the Settings > Appearance > Show Perspectives Bar setting. This should result in a functioning Quick Open button in the lower left corner of your device screen, which you can then use to navigate between perspectives. Alternatively, you can set up access to Quick Open via Control Center, your iPhone’s Action Button, or a Shortcut action.

Glad you spotted it - as I encountered it yesterday on PB 3.

And thanks for the workaround.

Thanks for the post; wish I’d seen this before frustratingly restoring back to iOS 26 due to this being the final straw in a string of app-related bugs (not Omni apps).

This seems to have sorted itself in PB 4

Yes. Seems so - from my initial time on PB4.
