iPhone app not adding items to inbox, sync not working 2

Accidentally deleted first post below (there really should be a warning in case you accidentally click the trash icon).

I’m not new to OmniFocus, but I’m trying it out again after a long hiatus. I don’t have complex projects, but my work involves calendar events and tasks. I want to use OF to manage these, but also use the inbox to capture ideas and URLs.

When I try using the share sheet on my iPhone, or via Siri, I get the appropriate quick entry interface, but nothing gets saved to the app. Items show up in the inbox maybe 10 minutes later, but it’s not clear if this happens because of the lag or because I’ve changed something in OF on my Mac.

Adding something on a device should immediately add it on that device. It shouldn’t be sent to the cloud then sent back, right?

Here’s the sync log; I’m curious why some items are marked Scheduled, and others Postponed. And what the Integration Blocked is about (the last attempt I made was to add an item from my Apple Watch).
