Is it possible to move a common point of multiple lines?

I have tried to find a way to do this in OmniGraffle, but can’t seem to do it. Is this do-able in OG?

You can do this in OmniGraffle only if the lines are connected to graphics.

To get this behavior, attach the lines to a graphic shape on the ends you want to anchor, drag select with the selection tool, and move it the way you show. Use a fill you aren’t using anywhere else so you can select/delete those items easily in the Selection sidebar. You can use the point editing tool to select some of the line centers and move them relative to one another. You only need connecting graphics to move them all at once.
