Issue with scripts not completing

I use a few popular template scripts for repeat projects. I have noticed that often the script never completes running and I end up with action items with $ProjectName. I have turned off all other running programs. Any idea what the issue might be?

Thanks in advance. I know nothing of Applescript.

Unfortunately, your question is rather broad. Statements such as “… a few popular template scripts …” and “… often …” are ambiguous.

  • Which particular script? Give a link to the script.
  • What is an example case where the script fails EVERY TIME?
