I am really not sure how this happened but I can not get my zoom keys to work. This is driving me nuts. Any ideas how to fix this?
The radio button all controls is checked.

OmniGraffle zoom shortcuts are located on the View menu. Is that what you’re looking for?
@anne ok, I see them now. when I try to use them though, nothing happens.
I can click on them without an issue. thoughts?
Try using ⇧⌘< and ⇧⌘>. Some, but not all, keyboards require the use of the shift key to get the greater-than and less-than symbols. Does that work?
