Does OF have something like logbook like in Things where I can see when task/subtask was marked as done?
The equivalent to that is the built-in perspective called Completed, as you can see in the documentation (here).

Sounds promising, does completed have exact date when task was marked?
Yes - depending on how you have OF views configured, you may have to hit the View (eye) icon and choosing from the list of custom columns
