Do you sync OmniFocus from a location outside the United States? As physical distance from sync server hardware can negatively impact the speed at which OmniFocus is able to sync, our team is testing new sync servers located in Europe and Southeast Asia. Just wondering if this ever finished the testing phase? Like do we still need to sign up for the test, or will it be offered to all customers at some point?
Great question! We consider this test a success, but have not yet completed the work to move server selection to a customer-facing location. If you’d like your account to be migrated to the Amsterdam or Singapore server location before that option is available, you can email sync@omnigroup.com. Thanks!
