Has anyone else had issues with actions disappearing from their database? I first had a situation a couple of weeks ago where I noticed that a perspective, which moments ago had over a dozen items, only had a few items left. I manually scoured OmniFocus to see it the actions had just been buried because of some setting in my custom Perspective, but they were definitely gone from my database. I was able to restore from a backup.
I thought that this was perhaps an isolated glitch, caused by something that I did, but it just happened again a few minutes ago. When I stepped away from my Mac, I had a full perspective list. When I returned, I had 2 items left. I was able to restore from a backup again, but this is starting to get me worried.
