My OF is syncing between my MBP and MBA (both on Monterey OS) but the sidebar perspectives are not synced – they display differently. Is there a setting to fix this?

There isn’t currently an option to sync the “include in sidebar” ⭐️ setting between devices.
I recommend emailing the Omni Group to request sidebar syncing. You can drop them a line by choosing Contact Omni from the Help menu.
