The project “Someday”, I set it on hold, and this means it’s unavailable for work understandably,
but now I dont see any trace of this project,
That’s all.
So I need to reactivate it, to see the actions, but how?

If you are on macOS, from the project view, you can just right click on the project and select Status → Active. On iOS it’s pretty much the same thing, except you need to long-tap rather than right clicking.

In the Inspector there was (until today) a Project ‘Someday’, I set it on HOLD, and then it evaporated!
Didn’t expect this. Strange.
Now I switched off SYNC.
PLUS:
This project ‘Someday’ is still visible on my smart phone Android device, and it has over 20 remaining tasks.

My guess is that the view is just not configured to show any “on hold” action. You can click the “eye” icon on the top bar, and see what rules are applied. If you are using the “Projects” view and you want to see what’s on hold, you need to select “Remaining” and not “Available”.
I have used OF for years and it never ever lost an action, the sync is rock solid, I’d bet your actions are just hidden.
Right on!
To see the projects ‘on hold’ set the VIEW rules to ‘remaining’.
!!!
Thank you.
