I have written a small update to the Templates plugin by Kaitlin Salzke. It is simply one additional action called “Create From Template In Place”. This sets the destination of the filled template to be the current selection (either current Folder, Project, or Task). This is much more convenient for me personally than scrolling through a list of folders and projects when adding a template.
