Does anybody else have iPhone sync problems, at the same time iPad sync is totally OK on the same account.
I have stripped attachments to reduce database size, reinstalled, used both fast and slow wifi connection etc…
Although I was told that I may have a database size issue, as a result of the last couple of weeks, I am starting to think that I probably do not have database size issue, but somehow the iPhone sync is not occurring due to an issue elsewhere…is it possible there may be a issue at the server end? Does the iPhone ad iPad sync use a different process at the Omni servers?
The problem started a week or so ago…and when the sync returns, it works totally fine, regardless whether I am on a slow line or any other issue.
I am a real Omni fan and this issue is killing me…any help would be appreciated…
