OF regularly reverts to Free Viewer Mode on iOS

Why does this keep happening?

I have an active subscription. Every few months, the iOS app reverts to free viewer mode.

Based on how we setup Family Sharing on Apple, this is a significant pain to reset.

Omnifocus is the ONLY app I have this problem with. And based on this forum it’s been a known problem since at least 2017. What do I do to fix? Appreciate help!
