OF Web - slow performance?

I have been using Omnifocus 4 on my Mac, iPhone and Web (for work) for 1 year+ now. I haven’t had any issues but lately I have noticed it is very slow to switch perspectives, add/remove tags or update anything really. Has anyone else noticed this - I am having issues ONLY ON WEB. Any way to resolve this issue?

I have over 1000 projects with tasks within them. For context, I manage inventory in a warehouse and add each SKU as a different item. Could it be the large number of projects?

Would appreciate any help on this.

I confirm this. Wrote OmniGroup using the Contact Omni button within OF Web.

While you can do this in OF, it’s not what OF is built to do.

1000 projects will definitely stretch any task manager/gtd app, and in the browser it’ll take more of a toll.

I think you need to look for a system designed to manage stock

I had a 500MB file in my database. Did not think about attachments, because I rarely use attachments. Removed it and it improved.

Although OF4 is not meant for this type of workflow, it works perfectly for me. The only issue is the sluggish performance on Web recently.

Are there any apps you can recommend that could fit what I’m looking for? I have a system at work that manages stock, OF just helps me with reminders and task management regarding the different SKUs.

Thanks for your response. Despite having a lot of projects and tasks, my database is still a very small size and I don’t add any attachments to OF.

I have about 495 projects 2700 actions and 61 Zip-Files, now.
