Does anyone use tabs instead of perspectives?
I like to open select project folders in their own focused tabs.
I wondered if there’s away to memorize that layout so that when I start OF3, it opens my last-used mutli-tab view.

Not sure whether this helps directly, but make sure that in System Preferences, General, you have Close all windows when closing an app UNChecked. That should mean that when you reopen OF, your windows is as you left it, including any tabs

A number of apps have some kind of “workspace” functionality. You can save workspaces and select them from a menu to bring back a saved layout of tabs.
