Font format of actions sometimes bold and sometimes not bold, see screenshot.
iPadOS 18.0.1.

Does anyone have an explanation?

Hallo Jochen,
I think you are referring to the different font color (black and grey).
OmniFocus distinguishes between different project states and an availability (can there be something done in a project). Unfortunately, a project is displayed in black if it has no embedded action although there‘s nothing to be done (except marking it as completed).
If e.g. a project has the on hold state, the project is displayed in grey. Because due to that state all embedded actions are blocked and not available. It‘s like pausing the project.
If e.g. a project has the active status but is displayed in grey, then you have actions inside, but none of them is available. An action is not available if it has a future defer date or is tagged with a tag that has the state on hold (hope I didn’t miss anything).
Each time I try to explain this I am afraid to have missed a special case.

I have install OF4 on my Mac with Sonoma 14.5 yet.
I have sync it.
On Mac I see other behave, see screenshot

Edit: I see both actions with not bold are stopped.
The other in first screenshot Silverfast and YouTube Fragen are not stopped?
Are both screenshots from Review (Überprüfung) perspective?
