OmniFocus 1 Script needed

I’m trying to send all of my lists/info from OmniFocus 1.10.6 into DevonThink Pro Office 2.9.11.
(I was using my OmniFocus for a catch all and need to get rid of the clutter and start over.)

Can anyone help please by sharing a script that would transfer my things from OmniFocus to DevonThink Office?
