OmniFocus and OmniOutliner

Hi there,

I’ve been following the instructions to import Outliner documents to OmniFocus in both OF2 and now OF3, and it won’t work properly. By that I mean, it won’t allocate the various columns despite me matching them when asked to do so by OmniFocu during the importing.

E.g. from OmniOutliner
Columns: Name, tick box, defer date, due date, duration, tag/context
row: contact/visit subject [ ] 09/27/2018 09/30/2018 30 min @computer

In OmniFocus3 after import, the only thing that shows up is the task name and an unusable tag giving the date of the import and then, after a colon, @computer. In the notes field it has reverted the columns to “metadata” instead of what I assigned them to be. For the dates and time I tried a number of formats, American month first, European day first (my preferred), “tomorrow”, “2hours”, “2 hours”, “2hrs”, etc - but nothing sticks. It’s been very frustrating.

With OF2 at least the context would be preserved, but nothing else.

On the upside the nesting hierarchy is preserved.

Could anyone advise what is going wrong?
