Not sure if it’s a new thing or people just didn’t post it in a place I could find. While not a sync, currently in iOS you can directly use the share menu to directly input items into Fantasical and it correctly creates an event (and/or reminder depending on settings) with proper titles, due date, notes, time allotted, etc. without having to do a lot of extra work like the click and drag on a Mac or the use of various Workflow recipes.
