I see that it is impossible to download the ipad version is no longer in the app store.
Is it possible to install iphone version 2.0 on my iPad?

yes, any iPhone-only app will work on the iPad. So, yes, you can install OmniFocus 2 for iPhone on your iPad.
But this might mean that OmniFocus 2 for iPad might be coming in the very near future!
lizard did not say they’re working on it but it’s not yet ready. OmniFocus 1 for iPad disappearing from the iTunes store might mean a slight update is in the works or that OmniFocus 2 for iPad is coming soon… Crossing my fingers!
