OmniMailMessageServiceEnabler under OS X 10.9.4

I ran the 10.9.4 update last night, and this morning when I started Mail I received a notice that OmniMailMessageServiceEnabler had been disabled. I was running the latest version (no problems under 10.9.3).

Is anyone else having this issue?

This alert happens when an OS X update includes any changes to Mail. You should be able to run the Clip-o-Tron 3001 to reinstall the plugin and re-enable clipping entire messages from Mail.
