Omniplan 4 loses sync options

If I create a new project in Omniplan 4 and set up some sync options, next time I launch Omniplan it loses all connections and the options are stated as NOTITLE.

I opened the same project in Omniplan 3.14.3 all sync options are available.

Is this a known bug?
