OmniPlan Title bar disappeared

This morning OmniPlan 3.13.2 (v202.2.0) crashed. After recovery the title bar of the project (see image) disappeared.

I tried changing from dark mode back and forth, reset OmniPlan and eventually reinstalling it, same issue.
Running on MacBook Pro 15" multiple screens and Big Sur 11.4.

I upgraded to 3.14.4 (v202.14.0) and the problem was resolved!

I would love to upgrade to 3.14.4 (which is listed as the current version on the Apple App Store), but despite my current install showing as 3.14.2, Apple is not indicated an option to upgrade. Do I actually have to uninstall the app, before redownloading the newer version?
