OO Pro upgrade- Headers & footers not showing

HI,

Upgraded to OO Pro 4.1.2 but pro headers and footers not showing. Installed several times. License panel confirms Pro upgrade installed.

Thoughts?

If you were an OO3 user, headers and footers not located in the same place. You now access them from the Print sheet. It is also not a Pro-only feature anymore.
