Open database in a Workspaces window?

There’s an app called Workspaces, which will open a collection of files at once (same thing can be done in Butler, I believe). Which file do I use for the most current OF (Mac) database? (OF 3.4.2)

Isn’t it so that in Workspaces you can also just open an application? Then you can just start up OmniFocus.
