Paste Style into Note text: style does not keep

I use a specific style in my task notes. I copy the style so I can use it for new notes. However, when I move on to a new note to format with the saved style, the style is not always “kept.” And I have to format the notes text all over again.

Is there a way to permanently save styles for notes?

Try this, it works with making links stick in the notes:

Once you paste the style, press option-command-’ to close the note, then press option-command-’ again to open it again. if the style sticks after you reopen it, it should be fine. Press option-command-’ again to hide the note and move on.
