is it possible to print your graphic including the various helplines?

Do you mean the grid? Or do you mean the guides? As far as I know, you can’t print guides, but you can print the grid. The option to print grid is in the Grid inspector under the Canvas inspector.
If you really want to include your guides, as a workaround, you could take a screenshot of the canvas with Command + Shift + 4 and drag the cursor to select the area, and then place that image into OmniGraffle in a new canvas, just so that you can see everything that is showing on screen.
Hopefully one of these options will work for you.
