Printing or PDF Page Setup?

Is there not a way to change any of the print or PDF settings?

For instance, I am trying to save my document as a PDF with odd dimensions so that it will fit my iPad screen and I can mark it up, and use it for speaking.

But I noticed the print dialog has the same lack of control.

Currently no, there aren’t any print/pdf settings. Which settings would you need in this case?
