Does anyone have any examples of a project structure for a job es management consulting that I could use in my new line of work? It would be nice if someone could post an outline, because I want to capture a lot of new tasks with a preliminary outline that I can slowly adjust later.

I don’t have a project structure I can share, but FWIW I did find this book very helpful in supercharging my own use of OmniFocus. It is more general than Project Management, but I found the meta framework it suggests within OmniFocus great…
Note: written for OmniFocus 3, but the principles all remain the same under OmniFocus 4.
