When I enter an item in the quick entry panel and hit return it takes me into OF2, is there some way of disabling this so that the item is imported but i am able to stay in the window in which im working, it seems counterintuitive to be using a quick entry shortcut and having then to leave your current workspace
Weird. Mine never switches to OmniFocus.
Have you played with some hidden settings, like the ones described in this page? More specifically, the one about Send clippings directly to the inbox.
If that doesn’t help, I’d suggest you contacting Omni support team directly: just go to Help > Contact Omni from the app itself.
