Whilst it’s great we can change the opacity of a shape’s fill, I frequently find myself needing to change the opacity of an entire shape (fill and stroke) or group of shapes.
It would be amazing if we could see this as a feature, as it would make communicating interface design concepts MUCH easier.
I have been having to get around this by copying a group of objects and pasting it back into the document as a PDF then manipulating the image translucency. It does make working with object interactions tedious though, and the fact that they’re on independent pixel scales means having to work through linkback in order to resize, change thickness, etc. That said, if left to the end as a polishing step, the results are usually cleaner as well.
