Reset Perspectives to Default with OmniFocus 4?

I’ve seen a few articles on this topic from more than a decade ago on prior versions of OmniFocus. With OmniFocus 4, is there a way to recover default Perspectives?

I’ve been doing too much messing about trying to learn how Perspectives work and have lost my way.
