Just to clarify the situation, i work for a independent inspectors company.
I’ve created a gantt with all the task/projects to be regularly inspected for all our clients, and any single of this tasks/projects are not linked to each other.
I would like to allocate my resources by day-per-week for any projects regardless the duration of the project itself (so that we can do, for instance, 2 inspection per week for every projects).
The idea is to be able to allocate my resources on a weekly base, because, in our case, the completion of the tasks are not depending by us, so i’m not looking into completion process, but just in it’s supervising.
Anyone can help?
