I’m using the Mojave beta, and have an issue clipping email. I use the “Send to Omnifocus 2” service, but get the following error:
The script handler failed
Error executing handler script for <ScriptHandler:0x600002942010 com.omnigroup.OmniFocus.ScriptHandler.Mail_with_MailTags NSBundle </Applications/OmniFocus.app/Contents/PlugIns/BuiltInClippingHandlers.plugin> (not yet loaded)>: Can’t get «class mtpr» of message id 227198 of mailbox “Inbox” of account id XXX
Has anyone else had this issue? Any way to clip to OF 2 in Mojave Mail?
Usually this means something has changed in the Applescript dictionary, when it comes up around upgrade time. I’d check the dictionary in Script Editor, but updating those docs tend to be low priority for Apple on the betas.
Well it seems that this problem persisted. I’m having exactly the same problem and do get this message: “The script handler failed. Error executing handler script for <ScriptHandler:0x600001adce10 com.omnigroup.OmniFocus.ScriptHandler.Mail_with_MailTags NSBundle </Applications/OmniFocus.app/Contents/PlugIns/BuiltInClippingHandlers.plugin> (not yet loaded)>: Can’t get «class mtpr» of message id 114366 of mailbox “Posteingang” of account id “967DD0ED-999E-4E0A-8ADB-DB1F9424A7CF”.”
I really hope this gets solved soon.
I found a solution for my problem! It is not directly related to Apple Mail but to MailTags
Here in the Omni Forum: https://discourse-test.omnigroup.com/t/mail-services-omnifocus-3-send-to-mail-failure/41490/5?u=martin.wagenmann by user ofluva (Thanks!).
The problem was related to MailTags (smallcubed) that doesn’t work in Mojave anyway (a new version is on the way). But removing the parts from MailTags (and Mail Act-On) from the system library solved my problem.
